If the booking for an individual visitor is canceled not later than a day before the scheduled check-in day, no penalty charge shall be collected.
Otherwise 100% of the price for the first night shall be collected.

If the booking for a group ( more than 5 rooms ) is cancelled not later than 1 month before the scheduled check-in day , no penalty charge shall be collected.
Otherwise 100% of the price for the first night shall be collected.

In the case of not coming 100 % of the price for the first night shall be collected.
